100th Anniversary Rotary Dinner
February 23, 2005
The event begins with cocktails at 6:00 PM, dinner at 7:00 PM music by Doc Sumner and his eleven-piece Cure-All Dance Band until dinner is finished, Paul Harris Fellow presentations to three distinguished non-Rotarians from our community and then our guest speaker: Michael Bortolotto. Cost $45 per person. Menu choices required. Tickets available at all three clubs. Dress: Jacket and tie (shirt, trousers and socks and shoes as well ;-) ) equivalent dress for the ladies.

Salmon & Prawn Bisque

Cheese filled Tortellini & Spinach Salad
Served over Belgium Endive with Bacon & Caribbean Mango Vinaigrette
3rd Course: Main, pre-ordered choices
1) Wine Leaf Wrapped Spring Salmon (Poached in Gewurztraminer, set on a
sticky rice cake)
2) Whisky Peppercorn Steak Wellington (Beef Tenderloin coated with Green
Peppercorns Whisky Demi Glaze)
3) Herb Crusted Free Range Chicken Breast (Stuffed with a Sundried Tomato &
Asparagus Cream Cheese with Sundried Tomato Beurre Blanc)

Tomato Legume Stuffed Cannelloni (topped with Herb Cheese)
4th Course: Dessert
Grand Marnier Sabayon (served over Fresh Strawberries)
